Shipping Time and Costs
Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Free shipping anywhere in the World (makeup, cosmetics, hair and skin care).
Once payment in processed, orders will be dispatched by air freight within 24 hours to country of destination. Order processing and delivery times may delay, particularly during Christmas, New Year, Easter and other holiday periods.
Fragrance has to be shipped and handled separately according to International Regulations.
Restraints due to alcohol content (inflammable) on EDP, Fragrance and Cologne mean these items must be shipped separately, and delivered 1-2 days after skin care, makeup and body lines.
All Perfume, Fragrance, Cologne charge 10% of sales but maximum US$15 per order.
There will be no shipping charge for Perfume / Fragrance / Cologne items for U.S. delivery only.
The orders will be carried on by registered post (signature required) to your home address, excluding P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses. We suggest having parcels sent to your workplace if you are not able to sign for delivery at home.
Delivery Time By Registered Airmail (signature required on delivery):
4-6 postal working days for capital cities
7-10 postal working days for other destinations
10-14 postal working days for more inaccessible destinations
Express Delivery
Customers worldwide have the option of paying a small premium for delivery in 2-3 days by Express Mail, excluding P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses.
Rates for Express Post shipping are:
U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, Australia and Oceania, Asia = US$10 per order
All of Europe, Middle East, Rest of the World = US$15 per order

Taxes and Duties
We currently regularly ship to customers in over 150 countries worldwide.
The majority of countries, particularly Australia, Japan, Korea, do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post. Customers living in other countries may also be required to pay customs, taxes, and duty in accordance with local laws and regulations. While Parfumy.com may optionally elect to cover these taxes on a voluntary case-by-case basis, we are unfortunately not able to cover them in all cases but will do what we can to assist.
